I.【Service Overview】

These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are an agreement between the user (you) and China Unicom Online Information Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to use the service "One Click Login for Mobile Phone Number" operated by the Company. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" and "the Company") to use the "One Click Login" service operated by the Company. The Company hereby reminds users to read and fully understand the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") - Users should read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the disclaimer that exempts or limits the Company's liability. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement (minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read). Unless you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the "One-Click Login for Mobile Phone Number" service. Your login, use and other behavior will be regarded as the acceptance of this Agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Company regarding the User's login and use of the "One-Click Login for Mobile Phone Number" service. The Agreement describes the rights and obligations between us and the User in relation to the "One-Click Login for Mobile Phone Number" service. The term "User" refers to the individual or organization that logs in, uses, or browses the Service. II.【Protection of Users' Personal Information】

2.1 Scope of user information: The user information referred to in this Agreement refers to the information that complies with laws, regulations and relevant provisions and conforms to the following scope (the information obtained by the Company when the user uses the Service, including the system version of the equipment, the model of the cell phone, the preferred card, the IP address and the cell phone number); the Company does not store the above information and uses it only in the process of the user's login.

2.2 The Company adopts industry-standard practices to protect users' personal information. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or required by relevant laws to be provided to judicial organs and government departments, the Company will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than a third party without your consent.

2.3 The Company will have a comprehensive management system and security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, in view of technical limitations, the Company cannot ensure that all private communications and other personal information of users will not be disclosed through channels other than the Company's intentional disclosure, for which the Company does not assume any responsibility.

2.4 As this SDK is used for login scenarios, the Company will synchronize your cell phone number to the APP you agree to use with your consent.

III.【Service Risks and Disclaimers】

3.1 You must understand that the service is only provided in accordance with its current state of presentation, the service involves the Internet and related communications and other services, which may be affected by the instability of various links. Therefore, there is a risk that the service will be interrupted or fail to meet the user's requirements due to the above force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, the user's location, the user's shutdown, the communication network, the Internet, and other reasons. Users of the services shall bear the above risks, the Company does not guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the services.

3.2 The Company's system failure affects the normal operation of the service, the Company promises to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner, timely processing for repair. In addition, in order to ensure the smoothness of the Services provided by the Company, the Company will suspend the provision of the Services for the purpose of system maintenance, upgrading or other purposes after making corresponding announcements on the Company's website.

3.3 Advice or information obtained by you from our staff or through the Service, whether written or verbal, does not constitute any warranty by us, and the Company shall not be responsible for it.

3.4 If you allow your cell phone to automatically send SMS to the Service to achieve the one-click login function, the Company shall not be responsible for all the costs and consequences incurred.

IV.【Application of Laws】

The terms of service to be consistent with relevant state laws and regulations, such as the occurrence of the terms of service and relevant laws and regulations contradictory to the terms of the content, the contradictory part of the laws and regulations shall prevail.

V.【Dispute Jurisdiction Clause】

The validity, interpretation, change, implementation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and the Company, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's main business (i.e., the People's Court of Xicheng District, Beijing).

VI.【Guarantee】

6.1 The User agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of all members of the Company, and is responsible for paying all expenses arising from the User's use of the Services beyond the scope of the Services or improper use of the Services (including but not limited to: attorney's fees, compensation for damages for violation of the Terms of Service, and recovery fees for other third parties' use of the User's computers, accounts, and other intellectual property rights).

6.2 Users shall be legally responsible for all consequences arising from the violation of national laws and regulations and the Terms of Service.

VII.【Other】

7.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service for whatever reason completely or partially invalid or not enforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain effective and binding, and efforts to make the provisions reflect the intention to have effect.

7.2 These Terms of Service constitute a service agreement between you and the Company, which governs your use of the Service, and you shall comply with the additional terms and obligations applicable to your use of the Service, or your use of content or software provided by third parties.
